Complaints and feedback
Tell us about a complaint, compliment, concern, or other feedback. You can submit with your details or anonymously.

Your voice matters
You can ask an advocate or representative to help you make a complaint. Raising a concern will not affect the supports you receive from Marsden Therapy, and we do not tolerate retaliation.
If you submit anonymously, we will still review the information you provide, although we may be unable to ask questions or report an outcome to you.

Independent escalation
You do not need to complain to Marsden Therapy first. You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly or call 1800 035 544.
If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical help, call Triple Zero (000).
